I can get acceptable results with a buffer of 2*4096 (45 ms), but I don't
know if it's good enough for real time stuff.. MIDI devices appears in the
preferences dialog, but I don't have tried them yet. I'll tell you if I get
them working.
Also I'm using it without root privileges don't know if matters...
