I couldn't get the patch to work, and couldn't get the original from your
server, but I grabbed 0.4.2 and rebuilt and is now OK.
Just as well, 0.4.2 has both patches (otherwise it's the same as
0.4.0) and is meant to make things simpler for the latecomers.
I pulled the original tarball so people will be forced to look for the
latest ... seems to work as intended.
