Trackballs, trackpads, trackpoints, whatever, but
drop the standard mice!
Oh, I forgot something important: discard the trackballs with small balls,
to be operated with the thumb: they're an RSI disaster waiting to happen.
You want balls that are operated with the other fingers or the palm, the
thumb only has to click. The bigger the ball, the better.
