You can't see it from any other app and thus
can only make
the connections from inside seq24. I don't understand why
this hasn't
been fixed a long time ago, with the new dev team and
everything.
I'm not part of that team, but there is an option in the .seq24rc file called
[manual-alsa-ports]. If you set this to 1 you will get sane appearance of the ports in any
external application.
