There are links to some manuals at
http://rpm.nyvalls.se/sound9.0.html. Is there a chance to relicense
them under terms of Free Documentation License?
I wrote the Audacity tutorial - you're welcome to reuse it. I don't mind
placing it in the public domain if that makes it even easier.
I intend to update the tutorial with some better music files and new
screenshots once the next stable version of Audacity is released.
