Cause? Remedy?
I have never seen such an behaviour. If this occurs again, I would check
the cabling.
Also, is your card running hot like mine does?
(epecially the left-hand
side of the box)
Mine is getting warm, but I would not call it hot. Just don't cover the
box with anything so the warm air can travel upways.
