this is an available product, too. its not based on cadence, just wheel rpm's.
Ah, that's no good. Makes it sound like I've only got one gear!
I did think about shoving a tin can in my wheel but decided it would be
more entertaining to build a sensor circuit, write a control program and
mess with a synthesiser. Perhaps.
