Hello All
If/when I get my Delta 44, how are all the inputs and outputs mapped
into/out of the system? /dev/dsp0 - /dev/dsp7? How exactly does this work?
/dev/dsp is the "old" OSS device naming convention.
i haven't used the OSS emulation on my delta66 much. but i don't
think it works like that.
Then, in recording software (e.g. Ardour) how does one get at the
independent inputs? Does Ardour just automagically know there are 4 inputs
there via the driver? I've been using Audacity for quite some time, I'm
sure how/if I'll be able to record more than one input at a time with it.
Thanks for the info about envy24control!
