there's the usual "X didn't work for me, ergo everything sucks"
comments...
Better comments than usual I would say.
The joke someone made in there about a USB wah pedal controlling a virtual wah-wah plugin
in software, reminded me.
Umm... I need to do exactly that. But how? I got the pedal part squared away: expression
pedal -> MIDI CC.
What LADSPA plugin cocktail, or synth patch, should I use to get a passable wah? I've
tried just a lowpass filter and it's not quite right. I think wah pedals may have some
other stuff going on; bummer I don't actually have one handy to feed through a
spectrum analyzer to figure out what exactly it's doing.
Trying to get that Herbie Hancock "Headhunters" clavinet-through-the-wah-pedal
funkiness going over here.
