No, because when you zoom vertically you see a progrssive smaller range of
amplitudes, hopefully around any value that you want (e.g., 0 dB). You
should be able to open it up so that you only see 1 bit of amplitude
on-screen at 32-bit word widths, and you should be able to choose any 1-bit
section that you want with the proper labeling so that you know what you're
looking at.
Audacity doesn't do this yet.
