Nonetheless, starting a new midi project without jackmidi support is a

Basically I'm convinced to the point where I'll give it a go on my new
debian/stable (whenever that's released) partition...
Finally, which of the following software supports (potentially with a
patch) jack midi:
ardour
muse zynaddsubfx
there's a patch somewhere, right?
There's also a mangled version as a MusE plugin in 1.0 but that that's
probably beside the point.
Dunno about the rest...
