The LV2 plugin version saves the settings and there is also a mono and

Thanks for that Robin. LV2 seems a bit overkill for what I'm using it for. I
have an A/D converter hanging off an EeePC 901 as a poor man's portable 'scope
that's ideal for trouble-shooting audio kit - especially when working 'off
grid'.
P.S. before I retired, it was an essential bit of kit when doing site visits on
industrial electronics.
