does anyone have a copy? the webpage sais this:

expensive and it is intended for qualified corporate or institutional buyers. Contact us
for details.
Note that baudline is dual licensed which allows for customization, derivative works,
redistribution, and the free download version.

is it even possible to dual-license, but set the bar for a fork at 10 grand, or whatever
the 'buy the GPL source' tag is? is it even GPL if you have to buy it to create a
fork?
