Hmmm so the fact that I see xruns in jack and that I
hear
lags in MIDI recording are not related to each other? Wow,
interesting. Then what handles MIDI - is that Alsa then?
Yes, it's the ALSA sequencer.
It's a bit confusing: qjackctl offers a MIDI connection
patchbay, but currently this has nothing to do with JACK.
Still beginner questions, I assume. Sorry for that...
