I'm a new Ubuntu user. (my previous distro was "PARDUS" a Turkish distro)
I didn't know Synaptic. Now everything works fine. :)

While trying to compile any application on
Ubuntu, after
typing ./configure i get :
bowman@melinda:~/Desktop/pd-0.40-3/src$ ./configure
checking for gcc... gcc
checking for C compiler default output file name... configure: error:
C compiler cannot create executables
See `config.log' for more details.
How can i fix it ?
