How can I record a "bulk dump" from a
drum-machine/synth in
Linux?
Using KDE, you'll like sysexxer.sf.net.
Otherwise, you can make a
cat /dev/midi > mybulkfile.syx
or in ALSA greater than 1 there's the command line tool amidi.
