stats of those of the DACs used on the card, not by measurment of what actually

The main problem is the power supply in the PC.
Its just far too noisy to be able to produce good quality audio.
Would using a good-quality power supply make a difference? Something

No it wont.
Its not the power supply itself, its the noise that hardware on the powersupply
creates.
