Hi! Not directly prog metal, but more in the direction of progrock. I'm a bit of a special case though, for being blind. My tools of choice ecasound (where others prefer ardour), but the rest is quite usual: LinuxSampler, fluidsynth, ZynAddSubFX and external hardware keyboards.
