Recording straight into Ardour.
So, what's the advantage of 48kHz over 44.1kHz? Does that advantage
outweigh whatever distortion is introduced from the sample rate
conversion going to 44.1kHz, in the event that the recording is
destined for a CD? I'm not partial to either rate, just curious
about the advantages & disadvantages.
Is there really any audible distortion if you resample offline using a
sinc resampler with a very large window?
