Sheesh, you're asking questions like a 5 year old ;)
You don't get to hear the beaf/sf2/gig, but the
samples used and the processing
applied (fading between samples, looping, volume envelope, filter, panning, fx).
Thorsten is right. Your "best sound" is not dependent on the file
format, it depends on other conditions.
