Not really dedicated to drum synthesis but ZynAddSubFX or Yoshimi do a
good job. You might want to check out the latest Yoshimi release, it
comes with some drum patches that sound really, really good.
LMMS also has a drum synth module based on the same source as the
original DrumSynth.
