Hello Simon!
Reading the small snipet Daniel posted, it's clear, that they give
permission: "No license is needed..." Otherwise it would be completely stupid,
with all the platforms offering music in MP3-format, people uploading their
own music as MP3, etc. etc. If they just said: "Well we don't follow up on
small offernders", I suppose people would really look for an alternative for
all their platforms and then they wouldn't earn much more money. Since they
get money from the very big platforms and I suspect MP3-players. That must be
a handsome income as it is. :-)
