[LAU] creative commons license

Hi everyone! I've got a question about the terms, because I'm a bit unsure. I've looked into their sample plus 1.0 license: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/sampling+/1.0/legalcode And what I wonder is: Do I have to mention the author of a sample, its source and a ccpl-reference, if I use a modified sample in a song of mine, which may integrate into a commercial project? Can anyone help me in a jiffy? If not, I'll try to investigate it some more.
