So the effect of the plugins should only be audible in the recording,
not the monitoring output?
If so, then simply route in -> out and in -> ladspa -> recordingapp.
If jack is for some reason not available then I guess it depends on the
host of the plugins. If alsa routing is required, I have no idea.
