Interesting
K->Applications->Internet->Web Browser (Firefox) does it here for me and seems
a pretty obvious location to me.... Also try K menu then type in "web" or
"fire" or "ope" on the keyboard... You can do this without the mouse
by using
"Alt + F2".
There is a web browser by default in the favourites menu... (the first thing
you see when you click on the K) if your favourite browser is not the default
you can right click on it's menu entry and select add to favourites. You can
also remove items you don't use from the favourites menu by right clicking on
them.
Should you prefer a KDE3 style menu you can get that too by right clicking on
the K and selecting - Switch to classic style.
What would be a less "hostile" approach?
