Sorry, my bad. That is exactly what that is supposed to be. I missed
it when I was updating stuff. Just to make things nicer we also need to
remove the prototype for set_EQ_curve_values in scenes.c since it is
defined correctly in hdeq.h. I'll do that now and commit it.
