Happens here as well and it doesn't seem to learn when I keep marking them as
non-spam.
Is there someone who subscribed then couldn't figure out how to unsubscribe
and keeps marking list mails as spam? Some other explanation?

My gmail account regularly marks LAU as spam,
yes, I confirm it
not all the messages are marked as spam, but it happens quite often (this
conversation was marked as spam)
