Is this for
UA-101?
Yes.
If so, there is no "high speed mode" on
it (AFAIK), just the dial to
change sample rate. Please see photo of the device and its controls
(http://www.citraintirama.com/admin/product/428958Edirol%20UA-
101.jpg).
The high speed mode switch is hidden near the "Hi Speed" label:

When not in high speed mode, only 44.1/48 kHz work. (See the manual.)
