I'm trying to get my midi keyboard working through the gameport of my
emu10k1 based card (Creative SoundBlaster Live). I'm using
linux-2.6.10 and alsa-lib-1.0.4.
I'm testing with a known to work on usb, a behringer bcf2000 midi
controller.
Might it be that Creative requires a non-standard cable?.
This is what I get:
#amidi -l

hw:0,0 EMU10K1 MPU-401 (UART)
hw:0,1 Emu10k1 Synth MIDI (16 subdevices)

Anyone knows what else to test?.
