Well, i use PlanetCCRMA but i'm not religious about it. If i wanna build
my own RPM, then i just go ahead and build it.
How do you back out the upgrade if there's a
problem? Do you manage a separate "test" environment to keep from
bringing down your DAW?
Install everything from RPM, don't erase old packages too early, and
you'll be able to back out.
