But it seems to be abandonware - no news since 2002.

Ok, I am guessing then this is a negative ghostrider. Ah well. What a
shame, as this would be an
awesome application. I am not a ninja programmer so have little idea on
how to start this. But, if anyone is looking to put together something
similar, I am happy to test and write documentation.
