But sad enough its the truth most times, even if "they" don't use
marshalls.
BTW: A bass can really be connected directly (or via di-out of the
amp), a guitar has to go through air!
Yup, and depending on the sound system the bassist is likely to get a
much better sound going direct. It all depends how much gear you like
to haul around...
