i didn't want to say this out loud :)
it could be, as it seems to come out of tune pretty easy ... but then
again, i've got two small children, ha ha.
i'll probly get this checked out (could be warped, too) when i get the
volume and tone pots cleaned/replaced.
i hope the neck's okay - i'm poor and spent my last pocket money for
awhile on a livedrive 2 (got it today!).
I have found with my Strat that over time the nuts that hold the tuning
pegs in place will get loose. After tightening these (don't
overtighten) the guitar stays in tune noticeably better. I think it
might even have improved the sound.
I have had it for 5 years and did this once, but they were pretty loose
by then. You would probably want to check this once a year or so.
