Looks like the Layla I looked at originaly was over priced, but it came
with Cubase. That makes it worth it, NOT ;-)

H-DSP with a multiface box, it has everything the Layla has, and you
can
hook it up to a laptop too. The Layla looks to be ~$1000,
These prices differ from what I've seen, which is >$900 for
Hammerfall-DSP and ~700 for Layla.
