Rui, then qjackctl issues these parameters in the wrong sequence (and
stores them to ~/.jackdrc in that way as well).

something is wrong with your .jackdrc somehow, qjackctl sets the port
maximum parameter (-p) before the backend trail (-d...9 anyway. if a -p
appears after the first -d is definitively about the frames/period one
(aka. buffer size).
