No, most people don't care about that. Audacity has a delightfully
simple interface which is probably very easy for people to get started
with. The learning curve is probably the reason for its popularity...
designers of other tools take note...
the combination of editing and the possiblity to arrange is the good
thing of audacity.
i would say that the dissapearance of the regionpoints on stop is a bug,
but i am not a developer ...
