Yes.
Below is the ~/.qt/qsynthrc file of my tests where I
set multi jack
outputs to true, 16 audio channels and one audio group (tried also 16
audio groups).
So what I'm doing wrong?

Set this one to false. Multiple audio outputs is incompatible with it.
Other relevant settings are already correct.
