[LAU] some progress on RPM09 tunes for Packet-In

Certain parts may not be the ones that will appear in the actual finished pieces, but we're running a bit short on time to redo much. A bunch are about to be uploaded and addressed, and we've got 11 days to finish this RPM09 challenge, but should have no trouble coming up with the expected 10 tracks and 35 minutes of music.
