Just wondering, could a hardware VST host be another solution for the
'VST-problem' on Linux?
I'm not sure I understand all intricate details but it seems to me that the
platform needs some kind of native host for the VST(i):s that is run on the
local OS (windows, MAC). So it looks like your back to square #1.
