There was a discussion some time ago about
burning a CD without the automatic 2 sec gap
I think it was mentioned at the time, but just in case,
cdrdao does this very nicely. You'll have to provide it
with a TOC file, but these are easy to generate (I use
scripts that generate a TOC for a directory of wavs, or
based on a m3u playlist, so I can compose the CD with
xmms)
