Hi Dirk,
[you might want to consider setting a more descriptive name than "Studio
32" in
you email application, this is often appreciated]
Hard to change now in hotmail I think, but I'll will let you know my name when I post
a message on the list ;)
Well, the problem is not that I do not know your name, but that I cannot
filter by sender name 'Dirk' and find your posts. No biggie, but if
everybody did that, it would be inconvenient.
If hotmail does not allow setting a new display name, that's sad.
There _is_ a solution to this problem though.... ;-)

Ok, Is there a *.deb package of it? How should I
install it otherwise on Debian?

In this particular case (qjacktuner), it is described in BUILD:
http://cvs.berlios.de/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/qjacktuner/qjacktuner/BUILD?rev=H…
Thanks, but I don't have any experience with cvs.... which file(s) should I download?
Hmm.
I cannot find any single download package either.
You *could* follow the cvs instructions on this site:
http://developer.berlios.de/cvs/?group_id=1728
BUT, I did not evaluate qjacktuner, just tried to be helpful installing it.
And it seems to be a pretty much dead project.
May very well still be useful, but with only two mails in 4 years on the
mailing list...
...and looking at the state of the competition...
...I would not be surprised if fmit was a better choice for you.
Sorry if I was misleading! :-P
