Sure. It will probably take care of the problem but the X-headers are not
standard (although they are used quite frequently). The List-ID is.
I'm not sure how it would look but something like this I expect. Mind you. Not
an @ but rather a dot(.) in between.

I would love if the current List-id's could be kept, except the
list-addresses.
Same here. List-Id headers allow you to "Reply to list" in clients that
support it - no need to "Reply to all", creating confusing extra To:
addresses, or type in the address manually and lose the In-Reply-To
headers, thus ruining the thread structure.
