For "lowlatency", aka full preempt with threadirqs, no patch is needed,
you only have to configure the vanilla kernel that way.
There's no rt patch for 3.2.0-23, take a look at
https://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/projects/rt/3.2/ , there's only
a patch for 3.2.40
