About the legality of Wikifoni, here's what they say in their FAQ.

Is this good enough for Harry Fox? One sheet might never be downloaded or
downloaded 100,000 times. How does the site get money to pay? I guess I'll go
there and take a look. Maybe we can post our own masterpieces by creative-
commons.
