Not sure if I understood you right, but in case you are looking for a
gui soundfont editor, swami may be worth a look:

I know how to edit .sfz files, even wrote a batch
converter in python.
But is there a nice GUI application available that will make those
quickly-throw-in-a-few-samples setups easier to create?
