recently I bought for myself a m-audio Delta
1010lt:

It has 8 analog + 2 digital i/o + MIDI i/o.
Two inputs are balanced xlr with preamps.
What is the noise like? If I see correctly, the big difference between
the LT and regular version is the analog being on the PCI card, but if
it isn't picking up noise, is this really a problem?
For the price difference between the two cards, one could always put in
a small patch bay.
