The version mentioned there is 0.9 and no information on dependencies.
That page is now updated.
Meanwhile there is version 0.10.4 which fixes a bug in the previous one
(the tremulant parameters didn't work correctly).
Downloading the package I see it connects to jack (and
alsa midi).Are there
no versions of Aeoleus that can be used as a plugin?
Aeolus can be used with ALSA or Jack for both audio and midi.
Consider it a 'plugin' to the system...
