It's basically the same card, except for the adjustable headphone plug.
And they exchanged the AD/DACs.
when i understand it right an can use both with pcmcia
and
expresscard right?
You can use it (and the other IO Boxes, Digiface and RPM) with any
interface card - PCI, PCIe, Cardbus and Expresscard.
