this isn't really true. MP3 comes out of generic psycho-acoustic research
and isn't based on the input material at all - it is based on the
physiology and psychology of human hearing.
This is why my live recording of acoustic pop makes
it so obvious on the
v6 setting, as it has these components, not a large amount, but some.
no, that isn't why. there are reasons, but its not because of what "MP3
aimed at".
