There's no guarantee that buying records from secondhand record shops
are any better. Some of the old recordings were crap some were
brilliant, you soon got to know who were the craftsman and who were just
knob twiddlers.
And there's a good chance that the secondhand record hasn't particularly
been cared for very well before it was sold to the secondhand store.
